I got reprimanded by the doctor today..apparently if you have had flu you shouldn't push yourself physically for a week after the symptoms have stopped. You can even die from this! So no trail run for me! Colds are distinguishable from flu by the area affected by the virus. Influenza will tend to affect your whole body (Muscles, sinuses, etc.) a cold is normally just a runny nose and a cough! Apparently that is a good thing to know, according to Dr. Bruni!
