Offering: Day 31/365

This  is my offering, dear Lord,
This is my offering to you, God,
And I will give you my life,
'Cause all I have to give,
And 'cause you gave your life for me.

Lyrics from the song Offerings, by Third Day.

Again and again I sent all my servants the prophets to you. They said, "Each of you must turn from your wicked ways and reform your actions; do not follow other gods to serve them. Then you will live in the land I have given to you and your ancestors. But you have not paid attention or listened to me.

I think to follow God you must turn away from your old ways, and live according to how God has set the standard. This is when you will succeed in everything you do. This is not like magic, however, you don't just succeed in everything because you are walking with God, it's because in everything you do you talk to him about it and get guidance!

Listen/Go: Day 30/365

When you hear an instruction how do you know it is God talking to you? John 10:4 says: When he has brought out all his own, he goes ahead if them, and his sheep follow him because they know his voice. The way to get to know someones voice is by speaking to them! Another aspect is that when you hear God tell you to do something don't delay! When you make a vow to God, do not delay to fulfill it. He has no pleasure in fools; fulfill your vow. - Ecclesiastes 5:4

Ready? Day 29/365

My job here on Earth? To warn everybody that Jesus is coming! Whether you decide to believe me or not is your choice! "When you enter a town and are welcomed, eat what is offered you. Heal the sick who are there and tell them, 'The kingdom of God has come near to you.' But when you enter a town and are not welcomed, go into its streets and say, 'Even the dust of your town we wipe from out feet as a warning to you. Yet  be sure of this: The kingdom of God has come near.' Luke 10:8-11

Occupy: Day 28/365

I am not totally ecstatic about this photo, but anyway. "We were not commissioned to look into the clouds for his coming. We were commanded to occupy until he comes." - Bill Johnson
